This is a Full-Time role, and you will be working 35+ hours over 5 days between 7.00am & 7.00pm.

You will be working across various rooms within our wonderful nursery and gain fantastic experience working with our friendly and dynamic team of practitioners..

About The Role

→ A great personality with ambition, drive and a willingness to learn

→ Experience working in a similar role

→ Minimum Level 3 Childcare Qualification

→ A thorough understanding of the EYFS (and be able to demonstrate this at interview)

→ High standards of work and cleanliness in the workplace

→ A great work ethic and the ability to work as a team

→ The ability to understand and adhere to policies and practices of the business

→ Of course, you'll also need an Enhanced DBS check!

Duties And Responsibilities Include:

➡ Planning & carrying out high quality learning & development activities

➡ Ensuring that the individual needs and interests of the children and families in our nursery are met

➡ Supporting all staff and engaging in a positive staff team

➡ Developing and maintaining a partnership with parents/carers

➡ Ensuring the provision of a high-quality environment that meets the needs of each individual child, while having an awareness of any disabilities, family cultures, and medical histories.

➡ Flexibility within working practices of the setting, undertaking other duties where needed, such as domestic tasks, preparation of snack meals, cleansing of equipment, etc.
